Assistant Vice President of Resident Services at Allegro Senior Living, Kehinde Ninalowo, was featured on Bloom Tampa Bay's "Next Level Technology" segment on August 23. This segment discussed the innovative ways AI technology is being used to prevent falls. Kehinde, spoke alongside CEO of SafelyYou, George Netscher, highlighting how this cutting-edge technology is enhancing safety in senior living communities. “We use the same tools that are in self-driving cars to detect when somebody is on the ground,” says Netscher.

The technology not only detects when someone has fallen but also reveals how the fall occurred, providing insight into what actually happened. This enables medical professionals to better address the needs of seniors who may have difficulty communicating or expressing what they need in that moment. Allegro Senior Living utilizes SafelyYou technology in many of their Ensemble Memory Care neighborhoods across their portfolio.
