Alto Clermont is top notch! My mother and I had been searching for a place for my father, who has early onset dementia, since January 2024. The moment we walked into Alto, we had all the right feelings about it. Both my husband and I work in healthcare, previously on the ambulance, and we have seen our fair share of senior living/assisted living facilities. Alto Clermont is nothing like them, it’s really more like a resort (even looks like one, too). The staff are all extremely kind and my father loves everyone (he moved in at the beginning of October 2024). Sara has been the absolute best - very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. We visited/met with her 3 times before officially signing paperwork and now I stop by to see her every time her door is open. She and Cheryl, who is also so knowledgeable, kind, and outgoing, have welcomed not only my father but all of us with open arms. Ady keeps his room tidy and chats with him throughout the day. Marie and all the other nurses are fantastic. Keke and the dining staff joke around with us and provide amazing service. Erica, Michelle and all at the front desk warmly greet us when we walk in, and make sure my dad doesn’t get into too much trouble! The process to get my dad in was seamless, and I feel like we don’t have to worry about a thing now that he’s there. If you are looking for somewhere safe and comfortable for yourself or your loved one, this is the place.

Alto Clermont, previously Crane's View Lodge, is a great facility for those in need of additional assistance throughout daily life. If you or a loved one are no longer able to manage medication, can no longer travel safely to doctor's appointments or if you are simply just ready for the next step in life where you want to age gracefully, this is a wonderful choice here in Clermont. With its resort-style community, you'll be able to live life to its fullest, with the care you both need and deserve.

We picked Alto on a leap of faith after a family tragedy left us needing a new place for my grandmother with only 24 hours notice. I contacted Cheryl who was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. She made the entire process so fast and smooth, and even came out to visit my grandmother the very same day we called her. She advocated heavily for my grandmother every step of the way, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her! My grandmother has settled in nicely at Alto and has made friends rather quickly (she’s basically a Bingo aficionado now). Thank you infinitely for everything, Cheryl!

Their level of care and assistance is great. The new executive director of nursing made many positive changes and it’s apparent. The facility is very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is responsive to needs. If they could improve the dining/kitchen area by adding or changing the menu more frequently, I would have given them a five star! My loved one would love to see some basic simplistic meals such as baked chicken, meatloaf, spaghetti and meatballs or meat sauce, or even a vegetable platter! Overall very pleased with the facility.
